What You'll Do:

Review files for inspections, insurance, bills, tax certificates, and other required documentation. Obtain missing information and supporting documentation for disbursement Balance files and obtain lender funding approval when needed. Receipt funds for funding and disburse funds accurately. Prepare and submit wire requests. Complete 1099 information in Qualia and prepare customer copies. Prepare and send lender packages.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort working with numbers and performing a range of mathematical operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues in a calm, positive, and professional manner. A team-oriented mindset Prior funding experience preferred, but not required.
