Job duties would include:
Managing a production pipeline of 20—30 files per month. Assisting loan officers with setup and loan oversight through the loan approval process. Understand fee worksheets for multiple loan products to include resale and new construction properties. Ability to lock loans for clients. Obtain and track conditions and work with processing to ensure loans close on time. Ability to understand and accurately review Closing Disclosures. Familiar with all loan types to include local down payment assistance programs. Holding current NMLS license. 2 years of Mortgage experience is preferred for all applicants.
