The Opportunity:

Our Fort Worth branch operates in a highly unique environment: We share a building with over 200 real estate agents. Even better? You will have unrestricted access to these agents, and they are actively looking to partner with a trusted, in-house lending expert.

Please note:

This is not a position for someone who wants to sit back and wait for the phone to ring. There are very, very minimal company-provided internet leads. Instead, this role is explicitly designed for a hungry, experienced Loan Officer who wants to build their own self-sourced business using our incredible built-in network of agents and our high-level business coaching. Loan Officers:

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer is required. You must already know the mechanics of originating a loan and selling.

Licensing:

Active NMLS License required (Texas).

Mindset:

A true go-getter. You aren't looking for hand-outs; you are looking for an opportunity to build your own empire.

Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You must be comfortable walking up to agents, introducing yourself, and adding value to their business. Ready to stop chasing cold leads and start maximizing on your own referral network? In this role, you will be responsible for generating your own loans and after being able to demonstrate success, there's plenty of opportunity at X2 so you can further your skills into an even more rewarding career.

$70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
