Senior Escrow Officer - Texas Branch (Licensed) America Safe Title Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Job Details Full-time $85,000 - $100,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Deal closing Document preparation (loan closing) Attention to detail Real estate closing management Coordination (loan closing) Full Job Description America Safe Title (AST) is opening our first Texas branch and we're looking for an experienced, TDI-licensed Escrow Officer to lead it. AST is a refinance-focused title and escrow company headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, currently licensed in 16 states with more on the way. Our files run through Qualia, our underwriter partners include Westcor, First American, Old Republic, and Cook & James, and our primary lender relationship is with Zoom Home Lending. We move fast, we run clean files, and we're building Texas the right way from day one. About the role You'll be our Texas branch. That means handling Texas refinance closings end to end, working directly with leadership in Michigan, and helping shape how we operate in the state. This is a build role with real long-term upside. As volume grows, you'll have the chance to grow the team underneath you. What you'll do Run Texas refinance closings from order open through funding, recording, and policy issuance Balance CDs, prepare closing documents, coordinate signings, and disburse funds Communicate directly with lenders, borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters Maintain compliance with TDI rules, underwriter requirements, and AST internal procedures Help establish the Texas office, including vendor setup, workflow tuning, and signing partner coordination Partner with our Michigan HQ on Qualia configuration, escalations, and growth planning What we need Active Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) Escrow Officer license 5+ years of Texas escrow experience, refinance preferred Working knowledge of Texas promulgated forms (T-1, T-2, T-3, T-30) and GF number management Comfortable closing without an attorney (Texas standard) Detail-oriented and self-directed, able to operate independently in a branch supported remotely from HQ Strong written communication for lender and borrower correspondence Nice to have Qualia experience Existing relationships with Texas underwriters, signing services, or lenders Background opening or running a title branch Compensation and benefits $85,000 - $100,000 base salary, depending on experience Performance incentives tied to file volume and branch growth Medical, dental, and vision after 90 days PTO, six paid holidays, and a floating holiday Direct access to ownership and real influence on how the branch is built Long-term growth path as Texas scales How to apply Send your resume and a short note about your Texas closing experience to or apply directly through this listing.
