$45,000.00 - $50,000 per year based on level of experience Job Summary Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment as an Assistant Escrow Office where your expertise will support the smooth processing of escrow transactions within a busy title company specializing in investor transactions. If you have TC experience closing creative finance transactions, this would be a great position for you. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with escrow officers, attorneys, and clients to facilitate creative real estate closings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be vital in managing the escrow process from start to finish, contributing to successful property transfers and client satisfaction. Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an escrow assistant, with a clear understanding of the closing and curative process Must have experience with Investor files and a clear understanding of Assignments and Double Close transactions. The escrow officer/TC must possess strong analytical skills and legal knowledge. Along with these basic skills, they must also possess the following essential skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal as well as written Expert in critical thinking Effective time management skills. Necessary knowledge with excel and word Exceptionally strong work ethic with a commitment to follow-through and ownership of tasks. Thrives in a VERY fast-paced environment with high-volume where priorities can shift quickly. Bilingual a big plus!- Calm under pressure and able to perform consistently in high-stress situations.
