Experience Required:
2-3+ Years Mortgage Experience We're looking for an experienced Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing mortgage team and play a key role in guiding loans from application to closing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and takes pride in keeping transactions organized, efficient, and moving forward smoothly. The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident communicating with borrowers, real estate agents, title companies, and internal team members throughout the loan process. What You'll Do Assist borrowers with completing loan applications and gathering required documentation Maintain communication with clients, real estate agents, title companies, and internal team members throughout the loan process Track loan milestones and follow up on outstanding or missing documentation Coordinate with Loan Officer to prepare, review, and manage loan files Input and update borrower information within CRM and loan origination systems (LOS) Help ensure loan files remain accurate, compliant, and organized for processing and underwriting Support a smooth and positive client experience from application through closing Assist with reviewing income, assets, and documentation as needed Help manage pipeline flow and prioritize deadlines in a fast-moving environment If you're passionate about helping people achieve homeownership goals and want to be part of a collaborative, high-performing mortgage team, we'd love to hear from you. What We're Looking For:
Active NMLS license is required
