Job Description

We are a busy title company seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Escrow Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping real estate transactions move smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet clients, agents, lenders, and visitors professionally Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage front desk operations and office communications Open and organize escrow/title files Assist with processing real estate transaction documents Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and escrow officers Scan, upload, and maintain electronic files Help track deadlines and outstanding items Support escrow officers and team members with administrative tasks Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate transactions Familiarity with file processing and document management systems Positive attitude and willingness to learn
