Job Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and organized Mortgage Loan Administrator to join our Pleasant Grove team. In this role you will be the backbone of a busy mortgage office, keeping the team running smoothly, clients feeling taken care of, and no detail falling through the cracks. Day to day you will manage schedules, handle incoming calls and correspondence, coordinate client gifts and events, support marketing projects, and pitch in wherever the team needs you. If something needs to get done, you get it done. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes real pride in keeping things organized and on track. You are dependable, a strong communicator, and the kind of person who does not wait to be asked twice. Prior experience in office administration, operations, customer service, or client relations is preferred but we are open to the right person who brings the right attitude. Responsibilities Organize and manage team schedules and appointments Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients professionally Keep track of missed calls and emails, ensuring responses are sent or delegated to the appropriate team member by the end of each day Respond promptly to client and referral partner emails and text messages Coordinate and send client gifts and appreciation items Run errands and assist the team with day-to-day office needs Help keep the team organized, accountable, and on track Plan activities, contests, and competitions Assemble and coordinate prizes and giveaways Organize client, team, and community events Assist with marketing projects and content planning alongside the marketing team Support daily office administration and operational functions Maintain organization of office systems, calendars, and communications Provide general administrative support wherever needed Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment If you like variety in your workday, enjoy being part of a team that works hard and has fun doing it, this might be exactly the role for you.
