The Role In this role, you will: Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, representing the team with professionalism and energy while managing day-to-day office operations. This includes maintaining an organized, efficient office environment, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the team is supported at a high level. Execute at a high level in your specific function (loan coordination, client communication, marketing, etc.) Be a key part of delivering a seamless, professional client experience Communicate proactively with team members, clients, and partners Solve problems quickly and take initiative without being asked Help keep deals moving forward efficiently and accurately

Essential Responsibilities:

Assist Loan Officer(s) in developing and maintaining relationships with borrowers, builders, and other referral sources. Ensures that all necessary disclosures (state, federal, and company specific) are provided to client as required. Responsible for ordering initial - tasks on the Timeline Tracker, including but not limited to transcript orders, UDN, Flood and Fraud report(s). Request title, evidence of insurance, USPS verification and condo certs, if applicable. Support(s) borrowers; guiding them through the mortgage loan process and necessary steps, obtaining all required documentation necessary, according to underwriting guidelines. Sends out weekly LSU s to agents. Schedules appointment for borrower(s), Loan Officer(s), Agent(s) meetings. Assist(s) the Loan Officer in producing, distribution or planning of marketing events and materials. Assist(s) the Loan Officer/team in pre-approval including income calculation, asset input and running AUS Responsible for personally contributing to a high level of communication(s) with the borrowers, the Loan Officer, and all sun American employees involved in the loan process. Lead Follow Up CRM Management Light office manager duties Other responsibilities as assigned. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
