Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our growing operation in Northgate, Washington. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and confident managing residential resale, refinance, and new construction transactions from opening through recording. This role requires strong communication skills, compliance awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and internal team members.
