Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the closing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the real estate transaction process. We are looking to fill positions to serve closings in the greater Madison, WI area. Responsibilities Review purchase contracts and loan closing instructions. Coordinate and communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth transactions. Manage and complete the closing process for seller-side real estate transactions, ensuring all settlement statements and documents are accurate and complete. Manage and complete the loan closing process for buyer side real estate transactions ensuring Closing Disclosures, Mortgages and other loan documents are accurate. Develop new clients and maintain current client relationships. Table close buyers and sellers at title offices, real estate agent offices and lender offices. Notary certification will be required. Travel to and from closings is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided. Qualifications Proven experience as an Closing Processor, Closing Officer or in a similar role within the title or lending industry. Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members. Proficiency in using title and closing software, Microsoft Office.
