As VP Loan Operations Manager the right candidate will be a strategic thinker and lead an operations staff by example. What You Need:

5+ years of direct experience in retail loan operations within a banking or credit union setting 2+ years leadership or management experience Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field Strong understanding of retail/consumer loans and underwriting guidelines Mortgage loan underwriting and knowledge is a plus Experience working across departments with lenders, tellers, customer service Experience with retail loan transactions, underwriting and document preparation A go-getter, teamwork mentality to be an active participant in the day to day duties of loan operations The desire to be part of a great community banking family
