Job Description

Sales Processor Join Us! We are looking for a Sales Processor to serve as a liaison among all parties involved in the home purchase process. As a Sales Processor with Clayton, you'll oversee each step of the Retail funding process by clearly communicating the necessary documentation for closing.

What You'll Be Doing:
This role facilities communication and coordination among various parties involved in the purchasing process by: Creating rapport with potential homebuyers Educating customers on requested lending documents Gathering and preparing information for application submissions Proactively following up with all parties involved in the purchase to manage details and ensure alignment and accuracy for closing Assisting in pre-close reviews and prepare the Retail company's portion of the closing package
