This role is ideal for candidates with experience in mortgage servicing or financial services who are eager to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualified applicants may have experience in one or more of the following areas: administrative support, bankruptcy, customer service, compliance, foreclosure, loan servicing, escrow administration, loan counseling, loss mitigation, and asset management. Key Responsibilities Perform servicing-related functions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Provide exceptional customer service by responding to borrower inquiries professionally and efficiently Review, process, and maintain accurate loan documentation and records Support loan counseling, loss mitigation, escrow, foreclosure, or bankruptcy processes as applicable Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor guidelines Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment Qualifications Previous experience in mortgage servicing, banking, finance, or a related field preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
