TILA-RESPA
Integrated Disclosure (TRID) requirements. This position works closely with loan officers, underwriters, closing agents, and customers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant loan documentation and disclosures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and knowledgeable in mortgage lending regulations and processing procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process residential mortgage loan applications in accordance with Bank policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Prepare, review, and monitor all required TRID disclosures, including Loan Estimates (LE) and Closing Disclosures (CD), within required regulatory timeframes. Ensure accuracy of loan data, fees, disclosures, and supporting documentation throughout the loan process. Verify income, assets, employment, credit, title work, insurance, and appraisal documentation for completeness and accuracy. Maintain communication with loan officers, underwriters, attorneys/title companies, and customers regarding loan status and outstanding items. Coordinate and track closing timelines to ensure compliance with TRID waiting periods and closing requirements. Review underwriting conditions and collect required documentation for final approval. Monitor loans for compliance with federal and state regulations, including: TRID Regulation
Z RESPA HMDA
Flood regulations Fair Lending requirements Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering procedures as applicable Prepare and maintain accurate loan files and system documentation. Assist with post-closing corrections or documentation requests when necessary. Respond professionally and promptly to customer and internal inquiries. Maintain confidentiality of customer and Bank information. Participate in training and continuing education related to mortgage lending regulations and compliance updates. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance, business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience preferred. Working knowledge of TRID regulations and mortgage disclosure requirements required. Experience with residential mortgage lending and processing systems preferred. Strong understanding of mortgage documentation and underwriting guidelines. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and general computer systems.
