About the Role The Mortgage Funding Specialist plays an important part in our Mortgage Operations team and helps ensure a smooth and accurate funding process for every loan. In this role, you'll review closed loan packages, verify all funding conditions, and coordinate wire disbursements with precision. Your expertise helps deliver an exceptional closing experience for our clients and partners. What You'll Do Review closed loan packages to confirm all funding conditions are satisfied Verify the accuracy of the final Closing Disclosure and supporting documents Confirm all required signatures and approvals are complete prior to funding Balance the Lender Wire and authorize wire disbursements to title or escrow companies Coordinate with settlement agents, processors, and Loan Officers to ensure timely funding Maintain accurate records of disbursements and loan statuses within the LOS (ARIVE) Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any funding issues Audit funded files for completeness and compliance before transferring to post-closing Ensure all activities follow TRID requirements, investor guidelines, and company policies What You Bring Minimum 4 years of experience in mortgage funding or closing Strong understanding of
TRID, CD
