Mortgage Loan Processor

X2 Mortgage is a modern mortgage brokerage built to not only save our clients as much money as possible, but ultimately provide a world class experience. To achieve this, we're looking to hire a Mortgage Processor who's willing to join our team with drive and the willingness to adapt to our processes. Our Processors at X2 Mortgage are the core to a successful loan closing. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring loans close quickly and efficiently with minimal friction. Primarily focusing on obtaining and submitting documentation in a timely manner no matter what it takes. After being able to demonstrate success in this role, there's plenty of opportunity at X2 so you can further your skills into an even more rewarding career. This position pays a base salary and a per file bonus with expected file closings of 15-25 closed loans a month. Here's What You'll be Able to

Look Forward To:

Communicate promptly with clients and partners Thoroughly review sensitive documentation scanning for any red flags Send accurate loan disclosures in a timely manner Prepare, scan, and organize all files and documents Follow up with clients and third party service providers Track loan in process to ensure on time closings Obtain final loan approvals as quickly and efficiently as possible
