Every loan we close is more than a transaction. It is a family building equity. A first-time buyer gaining a foothold. A community growing stronger. We are a growing Arizona mortgage brokerage operating in both non-delegated and broker channels, building toward a scalable platform designed to serve more families without sacrificing service, communication, or culture. As we continue to grow, we're investing in specialized roles and operational excellence, so every borrower receives an exceptional experience from application to closing. The Role As a Senior Loan Processor at Radiant Financial, you are not just managing files — you are helping families build wealth. For our VA borrowers especially, you are serving people who have already given something significant to this country. Getting their loan closed right and on time is the least we can do. That mindset matters here. Day to day, you will own the non-delegated conventional and VA processing lane — managing files from initial setup through Clear to Close handoff. You will work alongside a dedicated closer, a sharp LOA team, and experienced operations leadership — all moving in sync. At Radiant, the team functions like a well-run unit. Everyone knows their lane, everyone supports the person next to them, and no file gets left behind. This is a specialized role and we are selective about it. Five or more years of non-delegated and VA processing experience is required. We need someone who knows investor guidelines deeply, understands what makes a VA file clean before it ever hits the underwriter's desk, and brings a team-first mindset to every single day. What You'll OwnFile Management & Setup Set up new loan files in ARIVE, OneDrive, and Asana following Radiant standard procedures Download and organize lender portal documents including disclosures, lock confirmations, FHA case numbers, and flood certifications Re-label all documents to meet standard naming requirements Review new files for completeness — post vital missing items as PTCD conditions and additional required items as PTD Run AUS to confirm eligibility and update ARIVE loan center with all current data Review and update fee screens, disclosure forms, CD information, and audit/dates tab Update pipeline report upon file setup Submission & Underwriting Compile and review loan files for accuracy and completeness prior to submission — anticipate underwriter questions and document accordingly Submit loan files to lender and update ARIVE status to Submitted to Underwriting Notify loan team of submission and update pipeline Review loan approval terms and conditions upon receipt — confirm terms match ARIVE Distribute official approval notification to loan team using approval email template Manage condition screen using Radiant's established workflow: ADDED →

We can teach a lot of things. We can't teach whether you care. You take ownership. You don't wait to be asked. You see what needs to happen, and you make it happen because the file, the borrower, and the relationship are yours to protect. You do it right when no one's watching. Your best work happens behind the scenes. You're not chasing credit•you're chasing clean files and smooth closings, because that's who you are. You communicate like a partner. You know that a borrower who feels informed is a borrower who trusts you and that trust becomes a referral. You stay proactive, you follow through, and you never leave anyone wondering where things stand. You stay calm under pressure. This is a fast-moving, high-volume environment. You keep your head, your standards, and your sense of urgency without losing your sense of care. You're detail-obsessed for the right reason. Not because you're a perfectionist, but because someone's home, money, and trust are on the line. You're a true teammate. You wear multiple hats, fill gaps without being asked, and would rather solve the problem than assign the blame. If you've read this far and felt something click•like we're describing how you already work•we want to hear from you.
