Pay Range:

$19.13(W2) Job Description We are seeking an Escrow Support Processor to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume escrow document processing and a proven ability to maintain accuracy and compliance in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide centralized clerical processing for initiation and closing of residential escrow files.
• Set up, organize, and process escrow documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions per procedures.
• Prioritize and manage a large volume of files in a fast-paced production setting without direct customer or branch communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented approach with strong accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and deadlines, including potential overtime during peak cycles.
• Self-motivation and dependable decision making within defined procedures.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• Awareness of regulations governing the escrow process and ability to follow escrow procedures.

1-2 years of escrow processing experience.
