Full Job Description Foreclosure Sales Processor Location:

North Phoenix, Arizona | Onsite Compensation & Schedule Pay range: $25hr Full-Time Monday-Friday; 8am - 5pm W2 employment Role Impact The Foreclosure Sales Processor plays a critical role in ensuring foreclosure files are accurate, compliant, and ready for sale. This position supports the enforcement of mortgage loans by conducting detailed reviews, calculating fees, and auditing bids to minimize risk and financial loss. Success in this role means maintaining strict compliance with statutory, servicing, and investor guidelines while managing a high-volume caseload with precision and urgency.
