Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for two Foreclosure Sales Processor roles in Phoenix, AZ. This position supports high-volume foreclosure caseloads by ensuring all required documentation, calculations, and compliance steps are completed accurately and within required timelines. The role is best suited for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established organization within the foreclosure and mortgage servicing industry. The team operates in a collaborative, close-knit environment with a strong emphasis on compliance, accuracy, and timely processing of foreclosure-related work.Key Responsibilities:
Process and monitor foreclosure accounts through internal and vendor systems Complete pre-foreclosure reviews to confirm statutory compliance requirements Audit bid figures and foreclosure-related calculations for accuracy Calculate foreclosure fees, costs, and related financial components Review default status changes and servicing updates Evaluate repayment plans, trial plans, denial letters, and payment histories Ensure documentation aligns with servicing and investor guidelines prior to sale Conduct SCRA searches and review results Process foreclosure postponements as needed Monitor servicer systems for sale clearance approvals Maintain adherence to internal policies and procedures Review title and foreclosure documentation Track daily assignments and ensure completion within deadlines Support additional projects as assigned by managementPerks:
