We're looking for an experienced Loan Processor who knows how to move a file from submission to clear-to-close with speed and precision. You'll work directly alongside our LOs and support a high-producing team in a collaborative, in-office environment.

Key Responsibilities Pipeline Management:

Manage loan files from initial submission through Clear-to-Close (CTC) in a wholesale broker environment.

Documentation:

Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation including income, assets, title, appraisal, and insurance.

Lender Coordination:

Submit loans to wholesale lenders and actively manage the pipeline through the underwriting process.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate proactively with Loan Officers, borrowers, Realtors, and escrow to keep closings on track.

Funding Oversight:

Satisfy underwriting conditions and coordinate loan documents and funding timelines.

What You Bring Expertise:

5+ years of loan processing experience specifically within a wholesale broker environment (required).

Knowledge:

Strong working knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loan guidelines.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with LOS platforms (Encompass, ARIVE, or similar) and wholesale lender portals.

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously without dropping the ball.

Communication:

Exceptional communication skills; you are the hub of the transaction, and everyone depends on your clarity.

Location:

Must be local to the East Bay / Contra Costa County area (required).

Compensation & Schedule Base Salary:

Starting at $80,000

Bonus Structure:

Competitive bonus paid per closed file
