As a Loan Specialist, you will be part of the Loan Operations Department supporting the loan onboarding and servicing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Manage all new loan onboarding processes, ensuring accurate and complete documentation. Oversee loan modifications and post-origination quality control reviews. Monitor compliance issues related to SBA, Commercial Real Estate, Business Loans, and Participation/Syndication Loans. Coordinate account disbursements, flood and hazard insurance monitoring, and payment processing. Utilize loan boarding and servicing applications along with Microsoft Office tools to streamline workflows. What's Needed? Experience in lending, loan onboarding, loan processing, or financial services. Familiarity with loan documentation, credit evaluation, and compliance regulations. Proficiency in loan boarding and servicing applications and Microsoft Office tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
