This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in mortgage servicing, loan origination, and financial services. You'll work closely with experienced professionals to facilitate loan approval processes, verify borrower information, and ensure compliance with industry regulations such as FNMA (Fannie Mae), TILA (Truth in Lending Act), and Fair Housing laws. Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy of required documentation
• Prepare loan packages for underwriting for approval
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of loan origination processes and procedures
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and lending compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex financial documents
• Proficient in using mortgage servicing software and other relevant tools
• Familiarity with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills

• Prior experience in the mortgage industry preferred
