Full Job Description Overview:

This is an entry level position for the Collateral Division of Post-Closing and job responsibilities revolve around collateral security and movement between our title agents, warehouse banks and end servicers/investors. Responsibilities:

Maintain database for collateral movement to ensure all timelines are met Review signed closing packages prior servicer/investor delivery Filing, mailing and organization of file folders Works well with others and helps promote a positive company atmosphere Eager to learn more about the operations side of the mortgage industry

Qualifications:

Some mortgage industry experience but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Windows software Able to lift approx. 20lb (Banker Boxes) High school diploma or equivalent
