Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of lien releases for paid-in-full loans in accordance with investor guidelines, state regulations, and internal policies. This role is critical to maintaining compliance and ensuring accuracy. Responsibilities Review, prepare and process lien releases Verify loan payoff data and confirm loan details Coordinate with vendors for processing of lien releases Act on daily and weekly reports to manage workflow Research and resolve processing delays Maintain detailed records and ensure documentation is accurately uploaded to internal systems and shared platforms Provide timely and accurate data on internal compliance inquiry audits as needed. Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory and procedural standards.
