Summary The mortgage loan shipper delivers mortgage loan files and posts closing mortgage loan packages for distribution. This person is responsible for daily tracking and maintaining the accuracy of post-closing dates, reporting, and quality control review and reconciliation of each loan package. This is an in-office position in Irvine, CA Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support in the preparation and copying of collateral files for delivery using appropriate guidelines with established time frames Sort and stack to current company standards and guidelines Scan mortgage loan documents into internal shared drives and document imaging system Review and audit files for data integrity Process loans within various operating systems as necessary Effectively communicate to internal/external parties for missing documents Prepare shipping manifests and package trailing docs to investor's custodian Assist in special projects as needed Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Read, Write, Speak Experience working in a fast-paced environment - In house only, cannot be remote Education and/or Experience High School or GED Minimum. Some college preferred. 1 yr. Experience with mortgage loan documents (e.g., shipping or post close)
Pay Range:
