Ledgent Technology, a specialized business line of Roth Staffing, is partnering with a leading national mortgage lender to identify detail-oriented Mortgage Closers ready to make an immediate impact. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and knows how to drive loans across the finish line. Summary Pay at $26/hour Onsite (no remote opportunity) 5 days per week in Moorpark CA Contract-to-hire opportunity with a 3-6 month timeline Quarterly bonus opportunities after being converted to full-time employee High-visibility role within a respected, national lender Collaborative environment with long-term career upside As a Mortgage Closer, you will play a key role in ensuring loans close accurately and on time. Prepare and review closing documents, including balancing Initial and Final Closing Disclosures Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all closing activities Partner with internal teams, lenders, title/escrow, and external stakeholders Provide consistent, high-level customer service through calls, email, and communication touchpoints Manage daily pipelines, execute tasks efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary What You Bring Mortgage industry experience required Closing experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of investor guidelines and regulatory standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping people achieve homeownership What Makes You Stand Out You catch errors others miss You perform well under pressure and tight deadlines You communicate clearly and take ownership of your work You consistently follow through and deliver results Apply now or reach out directly for more details.
