Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the private lending industry and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. This is an in person, Monday to Friday job opportunity. Hours are 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Support loan servicing team with administrative tasks such as tracking insurance policies and ordering insurance Ordering & Reviewing incoming policies including renewals Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records Tracking across platforms and spreadsheets Scanning and saving files including physically filing paperwork Handle Incoming Mail Additional Responsibilities, as time permits: Deposit Checks, initiate wires, transfers and ACH's Coordinate Loan Payoffs & Payment Posting Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming​ Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience with property insurance required Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to learn new technology Background check required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in real estate, escrow, banking or finance is a plus​ but not required Why First Bridge Lending?
