Job Overview:
We are seeking a Specialist with expertise in Closing Disclosures and Loan Estimates and Drawing docs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic math, escrow, 10-key typing, FNMA / FHA guidelines, Fair Housing regulations, and banking practices.Responsibilities:
- Accurately disclose Closing Disclosures and Loan Estimates
- Ensure compliance with
FHA/FNMA
guidelines and Fair Housing regulations- Perform loan origination tasks efficiently and accurately
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry and processing
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth processes
Skills:
- Proficient in Encompass
- Strong background in CD/LE and Drawing docs
- Mathematical skills for accurate calculations
