This position is essential to our mission of delivering a seamless financing experience for our customers. Responsibilities Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness. Process title documents in compliance with state regulations and company policies. Coordinate with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely loan closings. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is filed. Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to title processing. Contacting State DMV's to obtain proper fees and documents needed. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan processing journey. Qualifications Familiarity with title processes and related documentation is a plus. Time Management Excellent attention to detail to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
