Mortgage Jr Loan Processsor Westminster, CA 92683 From $20 an hour - Part-time From $20 an hour - Part-time Mortgage Loan Opener Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working as a Loan Opener and/or Jr Loan Processor in a Mortgage Broker office. You will be responsible for the initial opening/registration of a mortgage loan file. Assisting the processing team with retrieval of documents to move mortgage loan into the processing stage and partnering with Loan Processors to provide the borrower with a great customer experience and a timely loan closing. Job Requirements include but not limited to: Proficient with Calyx Point LOS At least 2 years experience as a loan opener or jr loan processor working for a mortgage broker Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure a smooth flow of information between the mortgage officer and the loan processor Organizational skills to ensure mortgage files and closing documents are complete Multitasking skills to keep track of multiple loan applicants' information at one time Knowledge of mortgage financing to seek supporting information for applications and preparing documents Analytical skills to evaluate completeness and spot potential errors Good interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent time-management Ability to work with strict deadlines Ability to work in fast-paced environment Possess computer skills to use e-mail, spreadsheets, pdf files, lender portals, and calculation of loan fees Position will start as part-time with 25-30 hours per week in office . Pay starts at $20/hr with a $25 per file bonus. (additional bonuses may apply)
