Title Processor

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Title Processor to join our dynamic title company. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the processing of files closing , ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Your expertise will support smooth property transactions by conducting thorough research, verifying title information, and preparing essential documentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment. Duties Review documents related to real estate transactions, including deeds, liens, and encumbrances Process and prepare title reports, ensuring all information is accurate and complete for closing procedures Work with real estate brokers, lenders and clients to resolve discrepancies or issues related to title commitments Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to property titles with professionalism and clarity Strong familiarity with title processing procedures Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation Ability to communicate effectively with clients and willing to take direction Prior experience working in a real estate environment is preferred Knowledge of customer service principles to assist clients confidently and professionally

Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
