Title Processor / Closer Bonita Springs, FL (On-Site)
Compensation:
$60K-$70K base salary (negotiable based on experience) + 8% commission on any self-generated business/referralsBenefits:
3 weeks PTO to start + 401(k) with company match Our client, a well-established title agency in Bonita Springs, is seeking a full-time in-office team member due to an upcoming opening within the office. They are open to candidates with any type of title company experience, including processing, closing, post-closing, title clearing, recording, or general title support experience.Responsibilities:
- Assist with title processing and closing coordination
- Handle post-closing, title clearing, and recording support
- Communicate with clients, lenders, agents, and internal staff
- Support daily office operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous title company experience required
- Processing, closing, escrow, or post-closing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
