Clearwater, FL ? $19-$21/hr ? Contract-to-Hire Zing is hiring a Lockbox Payment Processing Associate for a fast-paced production environment supporting payment and remittance processing operations. This is a great opportunity for candidates with banking, lockbox, payment processing, or HIPAA-compliant experience looking to grow with a stable company.
Essential Job Duties:
Sort, open, organize, and scan incoming mail using high-speed OPEX scanners Process lockbox remittance with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Package processed remittance for client and/or bank delivery Ensure accounts are processed according to specifications and quality standards Maintain production and accuracy goals in a deadline-driven environment Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed
Requirements:
1+ year of payment processing experience OR experience working in a HIPAA-compliant environment OR experience with a financial institution OR lockbox processing experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work with limited supervision Computer literate with basic math skills 10-key proficiency required Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity High school diploma required Background check and drug screening required
