Knowledge of commercial and residential mortgage closing processes. Ability to review loan documents, closing packages, title commitments, insurance policies, and funding conditions. Familiarity with settlement statements, disbursement sheets, escrow calculations. Experience coordinating with banks, title companies, borrowers, attorneys, and insurance agents. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple files and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to follow up on outstanding conditions and ensure compliance with lender requirements. Understanding compliance and documentation requirements for mortgage transactions. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Professional attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. EOE/AA We offer competitive salaries and an excellent benefit package.
