This role supports the full loan closing process by reviewing credit approvals, commitment letters, due diligence items, insurance documentation, escrow calculations, amortization schedules, and loan documents to ensure files are complete and ready for closing and funding. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, banking operations, loan documentation, and working closely with loan officers, attorneys, paralegals, and internal credit teams. Responsibilities Review commitment letters and credit approval documents to identify closing requirements Prepare and maintain internal loan closing checklists Open, maintain, and update electronic closing files Track due diligence items and follow up on outstanding requirements Communicate with loan officers, paralegals, closing attorneys, and bank counsel Review insurance documentation and prepare insurance requirement letters Prepare escrow calculations and amortization schedules Review loan documents for accuracy and consistency with approvals Prepare form loan documents for unsecured loans, CD-secured loans, UCC loans, and other assigned loans Assist with weekly closing reports and special projects Ideal Background Experience in loan closing, commercial lending, loan operations, or loan documentation Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred Familiarity with commercial real estate loans, secured transactions, UCC loans, or closing documentation Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills Comfortable working with internal teams, attorneys, paralegals, and loan officers Strong communication and organizational skills MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
