Title Processor Harbor Title Inc. - 3.0 Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Details Full-time $49,181.09 - $59,228.84 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Customer inquiry handling Full Job Description Harbor Title is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused Title Processor to join our growing real estate title team. This role is responsible for managing residential and commercial title transactions from contract to closing, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service throughout the process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively communicate with realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to help facilitate smooth and successful closings. Responsibilities Process title files from opening through post-closing Prepare, review, and verify title and closing documents, including deeds, affidavits, settlement statements, and lender packages Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, realtors, HOAs/condos, and clients to obtain required documents and clear title conditions Order and review payoffs, estoppels, lien searches, surveys, and municipal information Schedule closings and maintain consistent communication with all parties throughout the transaction Assist with post-closing tasks, recordings, disbursements, and file follow-up Respond to client and customer inquiries professionally and promptly Resolve title or closing issues efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines Maintain organized digital files and accurate transaction records within Qualia Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in a title company, real estate law office, or related real estate closing environment preferred Proficiency with Qualia, Microsoft Outlook, and general office software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
