Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze title reports, contracts, and other relevant documents
• Prepare and process escrow files for real estate transactions
• Conduct research to ensure accuracy of property information
• Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Calculate and verify financial figures related to the transaction using basic math skills
• Utilize 10-key typing skills to accurately input data into computer systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Title Processor or in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex documents
• Proficiency in basic math calculations and ability to perform accurate calculations quickly
• Familiarity with escrow processes and real estate transactions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computer software and systems related to title processing
