Position Summary:
As a Closing Processor, you will manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for all parties involved. Our systems are designed to support you—reducing repetitive tasks and improving visibility so you can focus on what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
Process residential closing files from opening through closing. Review title commitments and clear requirements. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys. Ensure file accuracy, completeness, and readiness for closing. Maintain compliance with company and underwriter guidelines. Communicate effectively throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Closing Processor or in a similar role. Strong understanding of title and escrow processes. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience with Qualia, RamQuest, or ResWare is a plus.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
