About the Role As a Closing Processor, you will manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for all parties involved. Our systems are designed to support you—reducing repetitive tasks and improving visibility so you can focus on what matters most. Key Responsibilities Process residential closing files from opening through closing Review title commitments and clear requirements Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys Ensure file accuracy, completeness, and readiness for closing Maintain compliance with company and underwriter guidelines Communicate effectively throughout the transaction process What Sets Us Apart Established company with consistent deal flow Strong operational structure and leadership support Technology that improves efficiency and reduces manual workload Backing from a larger platform while maintaining a local, relationship-driven approach Qualifications Experience as a Closing Processor or in a similar role Strong understanding of title and escrow processes Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience with Qualia , RamQuest , or ResWare is a plus.
