We're a modern, relationship-driven title company focused on creating a seamless and elevated closing experience. We're currently looking for an experienced Title Processor who can confidently take ownership of files, problem-solve proactively, and contribute to a high-level client experience from contract to close. What You'll Do Manage and process a full pipeline of title files for closers Review title commitments and clear requirements efficiently Order and coordinate payoffs, estoppels, surveys, and supporting documents Identify and resolve title issues with minimal supervision Communicate consistently with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers Work closely with the closing team to ensure smooth, on-time closings What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Title Processor (required) 2+ years of experience with Investor and Creative Finance Deals (required) Strong understanding of title commitments, lien clearance, and closing workflows Ability to manage multiple files independently in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Clear, professional, and friendly communication style Experience with Qualia or similar title software (preferred) A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$50,000
