As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Processing Assistant to support our administrative and operational functions. Job Summary The Processing Assistant is responsible for assisting with the review, organization, tracking, and processing of documents, records, and operational information. This role plays an important part in ensuring workflows are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process and review documents, records, and information for accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Enter and update information in company databases and tracking systems. Assist with preparing reports, forms, and operational documentation. Monitor workflow progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Communicate with internal departments regarding document status and processing requirements. Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, or processing issues. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Support administrative and office operations as needed. Perform additional clerical and processing-related duties assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Reliable attendance and professional work ethic. Benefits Competitive pay.
