Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic financial services team as a Loan Clerk/Processor, where your expertise will drive the efficient processing of loan documentation. In this vital role, you will facilitate the smooth flow of loan processing including loan documentation, titles, and UCCs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and Fair Housing laws. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help deliver exceptional service to our clients while maintaining accuracy in all loan documentation. Duties Prepare and process loan files, including contracts, disclosures, and other necessary documentation Maintain detailed records of all loan transactions Responsible for scanning loan documentation, titles, and UCCs Responsible for filing paid out loans in credit files Responsible for filing non real estate consumer loans
