Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Processing Specialist opportunities in Chicago, IL.   • Responsibilities for a Processing Specialist include but are not limited to:
  • Process high-volume transactions, including document scanning, imaging, and data verification using specialized equipment
  • Perform document extraction, exception identification, and transaction reconciliation to ensure accurate financial processing
  • Operate and maintain high-speed imaging/scanning machinery, troubleshooting errors and escalating issues as needed
  • Provide operational support through reporting, recordkeeping, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and banking standards
  • Candidates for Processing Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process transactions following documented procedures
  • Experience working in a high-volume production environment with scanning, imaging, or data entry preferred
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly, learn new processes, and respond positively to coaching and feedback
  • Comfortable working with mechanical or electronic processing equipment and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods

  • Friday - Tuesday; 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (some overtime required)

  • $18.
