Full Time Commercial Loan Processor

The Commercial Loan Processor position provides administrative support, exceptional customer service and loan processing/maintenance for the loan department, loan officers, and relationship bankers. The right person for this position will have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of ComplianceOne Lending, and familiar with general accounting principles. Minimum 2 years related Ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans. Verify all supporting documentation is received. Order third party items such as: title work, appraisals, reviews, flood certification, UCC, and Credit reports. Prepare new and renewal loan documentation requests and meet crucial deadlines Responsible for post-closing items of loans Review and verify completed file after each loan closing to ensure accuracy. Follow up on loan exceptions for documents: insurance information, credit reports, final titles, and recorded documents.
