Hourly Pay Potential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Build relationships within the agency (coworkers, clients & COUNTRY Financial home office employees) Processing of Certificate of Insurance requests utilizing company provided software Assistance with Bond Requests Billing Assistance Administrative support to Financial Reps. Meeting prep and follow ups Processing policy changes Answering Phones/resulting workWhat We Expect:
Must have a high school diploma General office experience Honesty, integrity, and confidentiality when handling client's personal information Responsibility and respect Ownership and accountability for your actions Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to complete tasks within a specific turn around/response time Customer Servive Oriented Team Player that is forward thinking and self-starter The Prairie View Agency is a COUNTRY Financial office comprised of two agents; Mark Coon and Erin Coon, a father/daughter team. This is a family owned and operated agency with a professional but laid-back atmosphere. Mark Coon has served as both an agent and agency manager with COUNTRY Financial since 1981 and is a Chartered Financial Consultant. Erin Coon joined the agency in 2017. She was the business manager for the operation until March of 2019 when she became an agent and partner in the agency. We have the largest commercial agency within COUNTRY Financial; specializing in working with small to mid-sized contractors. Mark is considered one of the company's leading authorities in business insurance. We are a growing agency looking for a new team member to join the team in a client service role. The role is a combination of front of house assisting clients with service needs and back of house assisting the office team in meeting prep and follow up. Property/Casualty insurance license preferred, potential for needing to obtain in the future.Job Type:
