This energetic position offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, coordinating essential escrow activities that facilitate property closings. Your attention to detail, knowledge of mortgage and escrow processes, and commitment to compliance will drive successful outcomes for our clients and partners alike. Duties Review and process escrow instructions, title reports, and loan documents with precision and efficiency Coordinate with title companies, lenders, real estate agents, and clients to gather necessary documentation Ensure compliance with federal regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and Fair Housing laws throughout all transactions Verify borrower information through credit analysis and underwriting procedures to support loan approval processes Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and settlement statements in accordance with FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines and mortgage servicing standards Conduct basic math calculations for escrow amounts, prorations, and fee allocations using 10 key typing skills Maintain accurate records of all escrow activities, ensuring timely communication and documentation for each transaction Skills Strong understanding of FNMA guidelines, mortgage underwriting, loan origination, and processing procedures Knowledge of escrow operations, including TILA regulations and contract management Experience with financial services, banking practices, and credit analysis techniques Familiarity with fair housing regulations and mortgage servicing requirements Proficiency in basic math skills necessary for calculations related to escrow accounts and loan processing Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for data entry tasks Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise contributes directly to helping individuals achieve their homeownership dreams.
