What Youll Do Process Loan Documents:

Log and organize daily contracts received through multiple platforms.

Ensure Compliance:

Review documentation for completeness and adherence to program guidelines.

Communicate with

Dealerships & Customers:

Follow up on missing documentation and title requirements.

Support Internal Operations:

Answer inquiries regarding indirect lending functions and assist with operational tasks.

Assist with

Mail Processing:

Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing loan-related mail.

Perform Administrative Duties:

Provide general operational support as needed.

What Were Looking For High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior banking experience with knowledge of bank products and services is preferred.

Strong computer proficiency, including spreadsheet software experience.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and oral communication abilities.

Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.

Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
