First Equity Mortgage, the in-house lender for Drees Homes, is hiring a Mortgage Loan Processor to join a stable, purchase-focused lending environment built for long-term success. This role is ideal for a processor who values structure, accountability - not chaos. Our processors average a pipeline of18-22 loans. Files are prescreened before assignment and conditions are clearly documented.
